~~ Romans 8:28-39 (NIV84) ~~ And
we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who
have been called according to his purpose.... If God is for us, who can be
against us? ...Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or
hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? ... No, in
all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am
convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the
present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything
else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is
in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Well, here we are at the end of another year.
Have you made any New Year’s resolutions? I’ve made the typical ones... I’m gonna
restart my healthy living program, stick to it, and reach my goal weight for the final
time. Other than that I don’t tend to
make many new resolutions. But, you
don’t want to hear about those anyway, I’m sure. As you
look back on the past year, what do you see?
What memories are the highlights and the lowest points? What did
you learn? How have you
grown? Did your relationship with God grow as well?

realize, I'm giving you guys something to work with.
"I
think when they say some people will go to Heaven and some people will
be destroyed... I think that's true but I think it's gonna happen in a
different way." - Kim Matulova
"I'm
not like moving to the woods and getting like an arsenal... I hope it
doesn't happen though." - Gwyneth Paltrow
Angel: So it's only like a month way - we're coming pretty close, you think nothing is gonna happen?
"I'm gonna get Older and I'm gonna be closer to death... I'm dying every day - every day we are all dying." - Chris Rock
There's an incredible documentary in the making called 'The End of the World Project' about the theory of the world ending or some sort of major disaster happening on December 21st, 2012.
If you're not familiar with the theory the Mayan Calendar says that there are no more days past December 21st, 2012. Therefore, people have concluded that the world will end as we know it. Others believe there will be some sort of major disaster, war, nuclear war, invasion of aliens, the planet will shift on it's axis, or the big earth quake that will split whole continents. Here's the latest movie trailer. And if that's not enough to keep you on the edge of your seat, here is a whole 15 minutes from the movie! The clip starts with scenes from Hurricane Sandi and the devastation in the US. It will be just a small fraction of the devistation that's believed to happen on December 21st.
"This is not a movie based on a Hollywood production. This movie is real" ~Angel
This documentary talks to individual people. Those like you and me about what they believe will happen on December 21st of this year. Their opinions range in a wide array of opinions and possibilities.
"I don't think it's gonna happen. Why should the world just end now?"
"Yea, Yea. It's possible" (referring to nuclear war)
"I certainly hope not, but history often repeats itself unless we learn from the past" (referring to possible terrorist attacks)
"What's happening is that a total solar eclipse is coming. Light will intensify and with the ozone being as we know it is it's going to start going; it's going to start creating forest fires and it's gonna spread and slowly our earth is turning into a crisp that is gonna burn"
"We're all gonna have to revert to living without technology. There won't be computers and cameras and stuff like that"
What do you think is going to happen? Is there a hidden message in the Mayan calendar that we need to be paying more attention to?Share your thoughts in the comment section below. We'd love to hear.

Positive thinking
has helped me greatly in the past. I
learned early on that thinking positive isn’t something that comes natural to
everyone. For some, we have to change
our brain. I started with positive
affirmations written on index cards. It
didn’t take long and it started to work.
Here are some of my fave’s.
I’ve been
planning this list for a while. What you
believe in says a lot about who you are.
Have you ever stopped to seriously pay attention to what you believe
in? Do you know yourself as well as you
think you do? Here are a few of the
things I believe in.
